Lísbet Harðardóttir

Born and raised in Ísafjörður, Lísbet is a local entrepreneur and international artist with a wide variety of experiences and interests. She is the founder of the vegetarian cafe in Ísafjörður, and she also has many years of experience in tourism as an activity planner, outdoor guide, and culture and history guide. She has formal training as an industrial house painter and also holds certifications in first aid, trauma counseling, and anti-bullying in youth. Her interests include equality, feminism, freedom of speech, and domestic and social matters. She is an avid runner, hiker, skier, biker, and sea swimmer, and she holds the record for most consecutive European Swamp Soccer Championships, which stands at 10 years.
