Jennifer Lee, MSW

SIT Associate Vice President of Enrollment Services Jennifer Lee leads the areas of undergraduate and graduate admissions, enrollment, and retention. She joins SIT from the City University of New York (CUNY), where her work focused on admissions, enrollment management, and student affairs.

Lee served CUNY as associate dean of enrollment management and student services. Before that, she was a member of the planning team responsible for the development of the university’s first new community college in nearly 40 years. Following the planning phase, she held the role of the new college’s founding admissions director in which she largely concentrated on the design and execution of a multifaceted admission process, as well as the development of strategic recruitment initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Lee’s work focused on the design and implementation of pre-college programs at both public and private institutions, as well as a three-year diversion from higher education to secondary school administration when she served as the assistant to the superintendent of two countywide school districts in northern New Jersey.

Jennifer started her path as a federal work study student and developed a passion for supporting student success. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, yoga, and reading.
