University Relations Manager for New England
Jeff Ardis joined SIT Study Abroad as a university relations manager in September 2025. His passion for international travel and education began as a student on an SIT Study Abroad program in Melbourne, Australia, in 1989. Since then, Ardis has enjoyed a diverse and interesting career managing major international sports events—including World Cup USA 1994 and the 1996 Atlanta Olympic & Paralympic Games); marketing for global brands, such as LEGO and DHL; and building international business development relationships for government trade agencies in Australia and Northern Ireland. He has also created opportunities for an extensive roster of SME U.S. exporters with the Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) credential from NASBITE, always focused on raising visibility and promoting capabilities.
Ardis has been a collegiate and professional soccer referee and referee coach for many years. He has traveled extensively, and is now an enthusiastic and wiser “study abroad parent” with his son Jameson, just home from New Zealand. His daughter Charlotte is contemplating her own opportunities. Ardis was raised in North Carolina, and has lived in Washington, DC, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and now central Massachusetts.
