Dr. Gabriela Berti holds a PhD from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, graduating summa cum laude. With a career dedicated to education, Gabriela teaches at various universities and engages in educational projects, specializing in gastronomic culture and sustainability. An accomplished food writer, she contributes to numerous media outlets and publications. For the past decade, she has led Los Foodistas, a project focused on gastronomy. Dr. Berti is also a book author, with celebrated award-winning books and academic articles published in Europe and Latin America. She also works as a translator of non-fiction books.
