Ebony Ellis, MA

Ebony Ellis received a BA in history and education from Albany State University and an MA in leisure, youth, and human services from the University of Northern Iowa.

Throughout her educational experience and international education career, Ebony’s work has been featured in many capacities and has been noted for using innovative intercultural, storytelling, and self-discovery practices to support learning across cultures and to celebrate the spectrum of human experiences and collective narratives.

Ebony’s journey to international education began during her undergraduate career when she participated in an international internship program with the U.S. Department of Defense. Following this internship, she spent many years supporting military families, children, and youth in various capacities throughout the world.
