Chaima Kastalli

Chaima Kastalli is a homestay coordinator at SIT, where she manages cultural immersion and host family programs for international students in Tunisia. She brings over six years of experience in international cooperation, youth empowerment, and sustainable development. Kastalli previously worked with FHI 360, WWF North Africa, KOICA, and Leaders International, supporting donor-funded initiatives across the Middle East and North Africa region. Passionate about intercultural exchange and community engagement, she fosters meaningful connections between global learners and local communities. A skilled communicator and facilitator, Kastalli is also an active member of EuroMed Eve Tunisia and the national debate community. She holds a master’s in TESOL linguistics and is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
