Cecilia Atieno

Cecilia Atieno has served in the position of program assistant with SIT Kenya since 2017. Atieno is multitalented and her job is equally multifaceted. She enjoys working with students on weekend and homestay projects, designed as part of experiential learning on the research methods and ethics course. Atieno is also the program’s logistics person, taking the lead on many tasks that help make students comfortable, adjusted, and equipped to function in the local cultural context. She holds a certificate in guidance and counseling and in HIV counseling and testing.
