Nhu Nguyen, BA

Nhu Nguyen has an academic background in socio-economic development, poverty and policy analysis, and community assessment. As a program assistant for SIT, she coordinates logistics for student orientations, excursions, host-family placements, and travel across the country. She works alongside students as they settle into life in Vietnam and build relationships with the communities they visit.

Before joining SIT, Nguyen led an international education program with a Vietnamese NGO, guiding a student delegation from Singapore and a local team through a community solar energy project in Dong Nai province. She has also worked in supply planning and logistics operations in the private sector. She grew up in Kien Giang province in the Mekong Delta, and speaks Vietnamese, English, French, and Chinese.
