Wanda Dutton serves as the assistant director for university relations and student affairs liaison. In her role as student affairs liaison, she facilitates communications with all school partners in relation to incidents impacting SIT students’ health, safety, and well-being. Wanda first joined World Learning in 1987 as an education and training advisor for USAID-sponsored students under the Partners for International Education and Training project, and has held a variety of positions since then. Wanda has an MBA from Plymouth State College in New Hampshire. She has extensive travel experience in Central and South America, Southeast Asia and the Pacific, and has visited many SIT program sites. She first lived abroad as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Dominican Republic, where she worked with local women’s groups as an extension agent for the Department of Agriculture.
