Mina Laabadel, MA

Mina Laabadel is a young Moroccan woman graduated from University Ibn Zohr, Agadir. She holds a B.A. in English studies and a master’s degree in communication. Mina has as interesting experience as a program assistant with Study aboard, she worked as an assistant at the ‘I study abroad’ department at the institute for leadership and communication studies Rabat and was in charge of international volunteers and students. Mina also active with several NGOs, she was in charge of volunteer with Corps Africa and served in a remote village for a full year in the region of Dukala.  Also participated in creating an artisanal cooperative for women in the village.  She also was a facilitator to the Peace Corps Volunteers in the camps at the Dar Chabeb in Ouled Taima. Mina joined SIT in 2018 as a program assistant and she works closely with the academic director to help with the execution of certain managerial aspects of the program, as well as working with students on all issues that pertain to the details of their everyday needs and logistics. She serves as the mediating channel between our program and the CCCL administrative management. Mina Laabadel serves as a great resource on aspects of Moroccan culture and society.
