Mary Kay brings more than 35 years of teaching and administration experience in Mexico, Kenya, Niger, France, UK, and Poland. She graduated from Dickinson College with a bachelor’s in English literature and completed three Cambridge TESOL courses including the CELTA, DELTA, and Young Learner’s Certificate. She came to Vermont to complete her master’s degree in Intercultural Service, Leadership and Management and worked as a teaching assistant for two years prior to becoming adjunct faculty. She has taught courses in intercultural communication, training, and organizational behavior and leadership.
