Sylvia Achieng’ Ojoo, MBChB, DTM&H, MRCP

Dr. Sylvia Ojoo studied medicine in Kenya and the UK with specialization in tropical medicine. She has been a consultant physician with specialist interest in HIV Medicine and STIs at Royal Colleges of Medicine, United Kingdom. Currently, Dr. Ojoo is working as associate professor of medicine at Georgetown University Medical Center. She is also faculty co-director field resident director, East Africa for the Center for Global Health Practice and Impact Georgetown University. She is widely published in esteemed international journals including the Lancet.
