Atangana Mbanga Serge

Serge earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s in gender studies from the University of Yaoundé I. He acquired experience as a student leader in various student associations. He first led an environmental organization and then one of the oldest student’s organizations at Cameroon’s university, the Cercle Philo-Psycho-Socio-Anthropo. These experiences allowed him to build his management skills. Serge was a Cameroonian student on this program and joined as program coordinator in 2013. His responsibilities include financial management, meals, lodging, and transportation during excursions, students’ stipends and other administrative tasks as well as supporting students’ academic and cultural learning.
