For US Citizens and Permanent Residents
To secure your place in the incoming class, you must complete and return the Enrollment Form (PDF) with your $400 nonrefundable deposit payment within two weeks of your financial award notification. Please note that these forms will not be processed until your deposit payment is received or, for international students, until you have completed the required steps to obtain your I-20 form.
