Student Life: Prospective Students

“At SIT, each working group is like a ‘global lab’ in which people bring in their own cultures and experiences from all over the world. It is the diversity of my fellow classmates that prepared me best for a global career.”

Alia Santini, Client Services Director, The Trium Group

SIT Graduate Institute’s supportive, diverse, and community-focused learning and living environment is designed to help all students achieve their academic potential. Approximately 25 percent of SIT’s student body is international students, who come from more than 30 countries. Virtually all SIT graduate students have experienced living in a culture other than their own. The Office of Campus Life, through the Division of Student Affairs, provides co-curricular support through a wide range of services and activities, including:

In addition to coursework delivered on our campuses in Brattleboro, Vermont, and Washington, DC, students may have the opportunity to study and/or work in other World Learning centers and offices around the world, including in Oman, Ethiopia, and the Balkans.
