The Brattleboro Museum & Art Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to arts, organizes art shows and other activities for the Brattleboro community. It is one of the most recommended places to see in Brattleboro. Walk down the main street on the way to the Connecticut River and enter one of the town’s landmarks housed in an old Train Station: The Brattleboro Museum & Art Center (at the intersection of Main Street (Route 5) and Routes 119 and 142 in downtown Brattleboro)
Museum galleries are open daily 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. except Tuesdays and Wednesday. Please check for holidays and special closings.
You can read the history of the museum or look at the current exhibits.
World Learning students and staff can pick up a free museum pass at the circulation desk of the Donald B. Watt Library.
