Diana González, MA, is a trainer and facilitator specializing in educational settings and in providing workshops to train trainers. She has worked with restorative justice programs, in mediation centers, and in public and private schools. Diana’s work spans the local to global. Most recently, Diana worked in Kosovo with Consultants for Collective Response. Her expertise is in intercultural and intergroup dialogue, social justice, and peace education. Diana received a master’s degree in conflict transformation from SIT Graduate Institute, and she has been associated with SIT’s CONTACT program since 2003. Diana now works at the University of Vermont where she teaches intergroup dialogue and leads behavior-change workshops for students, faculty, and staff. She currently is working to unionize unrepresented university staff.
