Claire Halverson holds a doctorate in education. A member of the SIT Graduate Institute faculty since 1985, she taught Organizational Behavior, Multicultural Organization Development, Practitioner Inquiry, and Social Identity. Her numerous publications include Cultural Context Inventory, which is widely used in the US and abroad in educational and business settings. She co-authored Effective Multicultural Teams: Theory and Practice. Halverson is a professional member of the National Training Laboratories Institute for Applied Behavioral Science and the recipient of World Learning’s first annual Diversity Award..
