Adam Weinberg is the president and CEO of World Learning, an international nonprofit organization that runs exchange, education and development programs in more than 75 countries. Weinberg joined World Learning in 2005, serving as executive vice president of World Learning and provost of SIT, formerly the School for International Training.

Mr. Smallis has over twenty years of experience in higher education with private colleges and universities. He began his student affairs career at Fairleigh Dickinson as the director of student activities and operations and held various roles in residence life and judicial affairs until accepting the position of associate dean of students in 1994.
