Cate Woolner co-founded The Mediation and Training Collaborative (TMTC) in Greenfield, Massachusetts, in 1987. She continued to mediate, facilitate, and train with TMTC after leaving the organization in 1997. She has worked in human resources, restorative justice, and community reentry services. Cate, who holds a master's in counseling psychology, is following her passion and is now in school herself to study photography. View some of her work.
