Meet Our Trainers

Michelle Feinberg

Michele Feinberg started her teaching career in Melbourne secondary schools in 1977. Her interest in teacher development began in the 1980s with her involvement in delivering workshops to teachers of adolescent migrant and refugee students. She moved into adult education in the late 1980s, becoming a CELTA trainer in 1995. Since then teacher education has become her major professional interest. She moved to Brisbane, Australia, at the start of 2004 when she returned to Australia from Brunei, where she had been teaching and training for four years. As well as training up as an SIT trainer, she has recently completed a Masters in Education (TESOL) from Deakin University in Melbourne. She loves travel, reading, eating out, listening to music and just sitting around having a good laugh with friends.
