SIT's Social Justice in Intercultural Relations degree will prepare you for careers that involve issues of social justice and equity in multicultural contexts. You will develop the comprehensive intercultural skills and awareness that you need to work for greater social justice through professional roles as facilitators, advisors, trainers, educators, curriculum developers, organizational consultants, outreach workers, organizers, managers, program planners, and evaluators in a wide range of contexts.
SIT provides a comprehensive education in individual, community, and organizational transformation by asking you and your peers to examine your own cultures, political economies, and personal identities.
