Meet Our Trainers

James Stakenberg

James comes from Australia but is currently living and training in New York. He has a Bachelor degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in TESOL. He's spent many years traveling the world and has been to more than 75 countries. He has taught English in Japan, Thailand and Australia, and has also lived in England and on a Caribbean cruise ship. In Sydney, James was an Assistant Director of Studies and Deputy High School Principal. He has taught Business and Academic English, Exam Preparation and General English.  When not training or teaching, he enjoys reading, scuba diving, speaking Spanish badly and, of course, traveling.
